Description

We need to ensure that the EPSG factory can connect to a HSQL database. Note that this doesn't imply the addition of any new modules, since the base geotk-referencing module is supposed to be generic enough. We merely needs to ensure that there is to issue with the SQL syntax used, and make the necessary adaptation if there is some issues.

This task would allow us to embedded the EPSG database in the OpenOffice add-in while leveraging the database engine already provided by OpenOffice.
