Description

The NetcdfImageReader currently available in Geotk-pending is strongly dependent on GeographicMetadataFormat, which was the old framework under development during GeoTools days. This framework was prior the emergence of ISO 19115-2 and ISO 19129, and is now replaced by SpatialMetadataFormat. The NetcdfImageReader will need to be updated accordingly. Once ready, it should migrate to Geotk (non-pending).

Most of the NetcdfImageReader has been ported and is available as of Geotk 3.08. However more tests and optimization are required.

Committed a few pending test cases, with opportunist reuse of the test files provided for the geotk-coverage-sql module. The NetCDF image reader has also been tested in the context of the geotk-coverage-sql module test suite.
