Description

Once we have a decent Coverage I/O framework, the PostGrid database engine (currently defined in the Constellation-SDI project) should be much simplier. Once simplified, it may become stable enough for being worth a port to Geotk as a spatio-temporal catalog for coverages. This work may require new developments in the form of administration tools (currently non-existant) and an installer.

Port completed, with vast code improvement (more robust multi-dimensional CRS, simplier code with lot of work delegated to other modules).
