Description

The metadata jaxb binding needs to be completed for the quality package.
Only the DefaultDataQuality class seems to be annotated, and even not fully.

Here is a patch of the whole set of annotations for the quality package.

To complete this task, the org.opengis.util.Record class needs an implementation into the Geotoolkit.org project. The inner class SimpleRecord in org.geotoolkit.metadata.iso.quality.DefaultQuantitativeResult is deprecated and private.
We need a public implementation, to do an adapter based on this future implementation, and then annotate the fields "values" in DefaultQuantitativeResult.

Close this issue even if it is not completly fixed since the remaining part is tracked in a separated task (GEOTK-45).
